My husband and I began our stay in Mexico City with 3 nights at Le Meridien, a hotel within walking distance of the Centro Historico. But, from this location, El Angel is only a 30 minute walk. The outdoor sculpture pictured below is approximately 20 minutes by foot and is directly in front of an upscale shopping center where the Touribus (Circuito Turistico) stops.
We had a wonderful healthy lunch near El Centro Historico in a museum/restaurant called: Mumedi: Museo Mexicano del Diseno. They had an art installation called: “Death with a Smile.”
Along El Paseo de la Reforma, this outdoor sculpture can be found near El Angel.

I recently returned from one of my favorite places on Earth to visit; Mexico City. I always enjoy El Paseo de la Reforma and Bosque de Chapultapec.
