Better flavor; Better. Then worse. Worse for wear. Worse for the experience!
You’re other. Palm the trade in coin. It’s a shell game of sorts. Timing is everything. Everything now. Live in the Now! My eye will never be as fast as you!
The gap, bridged. The crossing, Washington. And city lights. Lousy with neon.
Nature’s crowning achievement almost invisible but always there. Lay in waiting. My shoulder’s exhausted. Ruffled material about the glass walls of psyche.
No peace in a noisy place. Except in my head. All about my head.
Because of you! Magic ways. Lightening bolt of energy. Then, silence closing tsunami. A grave the conversation stops the drop of a pinprick.
Shallow wave passes beneath the Brooklyn.
There, then here, a suspension place, a place of ours. To hold and have. For us I thought.
Gathering. Traffic a dusty place. Travertine down below. Scant view I see: lights, a city view. Common space!
Move along. Stop-and-Go! The city shroud.
Level the energy. Take care of this, a plane, together. Part for the aftermath. A part of me. Depart for me.
The city flows.
Looking up! Sky. Skyline. A noisy place for peace. I go through the Byzantine lobby and out street-side.
Another brother. A sweaty shirt. Laundry list of demands on me. Everything now. Tomorrow, another flavor to surpass. But this experience haunts me to no end that’s good.
Pass me now. Round-and-round. Past my glance. The striking blow. A hindered emotion. Subway take-away. Bay passing under the bridge. His sister’s in Brooklyn.
Positive endeavors laid bare. The energy in outer space. Dive for the flavor. Blue Wave.
