Welcome to my page illustrating the many aspects of our collective Global Warming problem and what I hope to be helpful information regarding alternative energy and carbon-footprint reducing ideas.
We Humans have invented our own new geologic epoch called the Anthropocene. The Himalayan glaciers are melting. The Ocean’s waters are rising. And the acidity of the water is increasing. There is a mass extinction occurring now referred to as “The Great Die-Off.”
The delicate balance which moderated the weather of our planet is breaking down.
“The stable cold of the Arctic plays an important role in balancing the overall energy of the Earth.”

Warmer water has a reduced capacity to hold dissolved oxygen.
-absorb energy from the Sun and nutrients from the water
-release molecular oxygen O2
-produces most of our planet’s oxygen

2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference
Noam Chomsky -world-renowned linguist and political dissident
Chomsky on the GOP: Has Any Organization Ever Before Been So Committed to Destruction of Life on Earth?
“Almost roughly 200 countries at the United Nations-sponsored conference, which was—the goal of which was to put some specific commitments into the verbal agreements that were reached at Paris in December 2015, the preceding international conference on global warming.
“The Republican Congress in the U.S. would not accept commitments.”
Noam Chomsky was referring to the conference in Marrakech, Morocco in the latter quote.
The Anthropocene is a proposed epoch dating from the commencement of significant human impact on the Earth’s geology and ecosystems, including, but not limited to, anthropogenic climate change.
“Bangladesh is now widely recognized to be one of the countries most vulnerable to climate change.”

Fossil Fuel Subsidies Lead to Massive Health Costs link
Unfortunately, the Earth is a closed system of interrelated systems that were in a delicate balance that has been disrupted by high CO2 emissions resulting from the Industrial Revolution and continuing with our geopolitical and economic dependence on fossil fuels.
